Oncosyne AS

Oncosyne is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that develops tumoroid drug screening for precision medicine and drug development.  

For precision medicine, its first diagnostic test targets colorectal cancer test and is being validated in a randomized controlled trial starting this summer. For pancreatic cancer, performance is currently being tested in an ongoing observational trial. We will be expanding with esophageal and stomach cancers the coming year.

For drug development, Oncosyne's rapid turn-around combined with screening at scale allows for a timely and reliable pre-clinical assessment. Through state-of-the-art lead candidate selection and rational patient-selection, this can significantly accelerate and de-risk development. For a pilot partner, data from Oncosyne’s platform has already been pivotal in initiating a phase 1b/2 clinical study.  

Oncosyne is seeking partners with cancer-targeting drug candidates with potential activity in colorectal and pancreatic cancer.
