Eforto is a Belgian MedTech SME with a unique solution to measure and track physical resilience and vitality capacity based on WHO recommended biomarkers, muscle strength, muscle endurance (performance fatigue) and self perceived fatigue.
It has been validated to detect sub clinical frailty, but we see many other applications since we our digital biomarkers are not only measuring the neuro-muscular function but also energy metabolism, inflammation and stress response of the body

Eforto® Vitality** is the first validated solution to monitor key biomarkers of vitality capacity (WHO def) in under 5 minutes, including muscle strength, muscle fatigability, and self-perceived fatigue.
ISHA, is an integrated (eco)system Healthy ageing developed in collaboration with WHO to track early signs of decline of intrinsic capacity, including, vitality, locomotor, psychologic and cognitive capacity.
