ImmuneWatch

ImmuneWatch is a computational immunology company with a core mission to solve the T cell specificity problem with machine learning. We are a university spin-off founded in 2021 and headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium. Our academic founders pioneered the development of T cell receptor (TCR)-epitope annotation models. We have significantly improved the technology and built an in-house epitope-TCR training database, resulting in the release of our DETECT bioinformatics solution that is used by researchers around the world. 

We work at the interplay of translational immunology, next-generation sequencing (NGS) and artificial intelligence, in the fields of vaccinology and immunotherapy for oncology and infectious disease applications. Our solutions support the design and development of vaccines and therapies for which T cell responses play a crucial role. Our project portfolio includes successful use cases in epitope-specific immune monitoring, patient stratification, and T cell product characterisation. We are research partners in ongoing Horizon Europe projects Yellow4Flavi and CAPTIVATE, focusing on flavivirus and malaria vaccine development, respectively.
