The Genetic department of the Mongi Slim La Marsa Tunisia Hospital was created in 2012. The activity of the department is based on two parts: the consultation and the laboratory. Patients are mainly referred to us from pediatrics, pedopsychiatry, neuropediatrics, gynecology, nephrology, urology, internal medicine, oncology, etc. We have: Constitutional and molecular cytogenetics laboratory, Molecular biology laboratory and research activities in collaboration with many research laboratories in many fields as oncogenetics (Breast cancer, colorectal cancer...), neurodevelopmental disorders, metabolic disorders…
