About

Sonder Collective is a social impact focused innovation partner offering human centred design and cross-disciplinary, research-driven innovation processes in global and public health. Sonder engages over 60 consultants spanning 23 countries, bringing decades of collective knowledge across sectors, disciplines, and regions.

As partner to ministries of health, NGOs, or research institutions Sonder crafts human-centred strategies, service blueprints, and product visions that define impactful solutions and experiences. In our innovative research approach we blend anthropology, behavioral science, and data science to generate evidence based insights grounded in real-world experience. We turn research knowledge into user centred services and systems through iterative prototyping, coding, and technical integration.

Founded in 2018 as a co-operative in Finland, Sonder operates as an international network expertise across sectors like health, financial services, and peacebuilding, as well as skills in design, qualitative research, behavioural and data science, and strategy.
