Kırklareli Municipality is a local authority. It is in the foreground in the solution of the problems, from close to far, with its compliance with the local and universal principles.

Our institution is in close contact and communication with all public institutions, STK’s in the province.

We also have sibling city municipalities from 12 different countries.

Bulgaria at the European scale – Turkey Border Cooperation the scope of our complete cooperation programs and our collaborations with organizations in a variety of projects that we carry as a result continues.

Our young people who come to our municipality discuss the local problems or the problems they encounter in a European dimension and evaluate them on an international scale, meet with the representatives of our organization and find solutions to their problems.

At the same time, our young people come to Kirklareli Municipality Eurodesk Contact Point and get information about European Opportunities. They participate in free Erasmus Projects writing trainings and ESC information events.

Kırklareli Municipality generally deals with the problems of the youth and citizens in the region. It carries out the following activities in order to contribute to the solution of these problems.

- To organize small scale social activities such as sports, theater and music at local level.

- To ensure sustainable development thanks to the projects submitted to Trakya Development Agency.

- Conducting voluntary projects for the benefit of the community.

- To provide a stronger municipality for the youth with the collaborations to be established throughout the province.

- To inform University youth on European Opportunities, Volunteering, EVS and European Solidarity Volunteers within the framework of the cooperation protocol with Kırklareli University and in partnership with Eurodesk.

- Organizing trainings for young people on project cycle management, foreign language courses, career management, entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship

- Organizing local festivals.

- To conduct lobbying activities on youth rights at provincial level.
