About

Contribution to Project Cooperation (Horizon Europe & EIT Health)

We bring complementary expertise in health innovation, business development, exploitation and scaling, and stakeholder engagement. Drawing on our experience across Horizon Europe and EIT Health initiatives, we support consortia in conducting structured needs assessments, engaging key stakeholders, defining strong value propositions, and developing viable business models that enable effective exploitation, adoption, and scaling within real-world health systems.

In addition, through our experience in developing the sustainability framework for the IHI project Clinical Trials for Children (C4C), we bring expertise in ensuring the continuity and impact of initiatives beyond the public funding period. This includes integrating viable value and business considerations into project design, governance, and impact and sustainability planning, and working collaboratively with all project partners and stakeholders to co-develop a robust and credible sustainability plan.

By combining stakeholder engagement, innovation management, exploitation strategy, and sustainability leadership, we help Horizon Europe, IHI and EDCTP projects move from research and pilots to scalable, enduring solutions with lasting societal impact.
