Who we are
The Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark is the central innovation hub of the Region of Southern Denmark, supporting hospitals, psychiatric and social care services, municipalities and pre-hospital services in developing and implementing sustainable, user-centred health solutions.

For this call on behavioural interventions for young people, we offer a unique combination of methodological expertise and access to real-world settings:

Real-world implementation settings: Access to hospitals, outpatient clinics, municipal youth and preventive services across multiple medical specialties.

Behavioural & user-centred innovation: Strong expertise in co-creation, participatory design, health literacy and behaviour change, with focus on inclusion and social inequalities.

Digital health & data: Experience with digital self-management tools, interoperability, wearables, citizen-generated data and GDPR-compliant use of Real-World Data and AI.

Implementation science & evaluation: Design and delivery of implementation strategies, mixed-methods evaluation, definition of success indicators and assessment of unintended effects
Our Experience
We are an experienced European partner with a track record of leading Work Packages and Tasks in major projects (Horizon, EU4Health, Interreg). Our portfolio includes PreventNCD, EUnetCCC, eCAN, eCAN Plus, Hope4Kids, CARES, and DELIVER. We are also a 4-Star Reference Site in the EIP on Active and Healthy Ageing.
Desired Role
We are looking to join a consortium as WP Lead or Co-Lead, specifically focusing on:
