Proposal: Platform for biosignal/neorocognitive tracking (physical activity, sleep rhythm, eye tracking, EMG to track muscle activity, NIRS to monitor brain metabolism, skin impedance to measure stress + neuropsyc. evaluations...) to assess young individuals before/after periods of social-media and smarthphone deprivation + inclusion in socializing/recreational outdoor activities.
