About

The service includes:

· Feasibility analysis of the call and development of the project idea: In-depth assessment of the feasibility of the call and strategic elaboration of the project idea based on the requirements of the call.

· Partnership Management: management of internal communications within the partnership, definition of timelines and milestones in the preparation of the project, coordination of roles between partners.

· Explanation and documentation check: introduction to the different templates and documents required by the call, including the final compliance check.

· Three Project Proposal reviews: complete review of the project proposal draft at three different times. Ideally, in the Early stage phase (30%); Advanced draft (75% completion); and Final draft (95% completion).

· Budget consistency check: Analyze the consistency of the budget with project activities.

· Selective writing of Impact section: co-definition and co-writing of the section relating to project impacts.

· Support in the preparation and signing of the Grant Agreement

· Personalized session "Project management for Horizon projects" (2 hours - on-line)
