AI-Driven Digital Health Platform for Predictive, Preventive, and Personalised Care
CEO at Aisthesis Medical

About
We are a health technology company developing advanced, clinically oriented AI solutions that support early risk detection, personalised decision support, and proactive care pathways across acute and chronic conditions.
Our core strength lies in building hospital-grade, cloud-native AI platforms that integrate heterogeneous data sources (e.g. clinical records, physiological signals, patient-reported data) and translate them into actionable, explainable insights for healthcare professionals and researchers. Our approach combines predictive modelling, longitudinal patient profiling, and human-centred design to ensure clinical relevance, safety, and real-world adoption.
We are seeking project cooperation partners for Horizon Europe proposals under Destination 3 (Health), particularly in areas related to:
-
prevention and early identification of disease and deterioration,
-
management of long-term or post-infection conditions,
-
responsible and safe use of digital technologies in health,
-
scaling up validated digital innovations within healthcare systems.
We are interested in collaborating with:
-
academic and clinical research groups,
-
hospitals and healthcare providers,
-
digital health, MedTech, and AI technology partners,
-
public health organisations and patient-centred initiatives.
Within a consortium, we can contribute expertise in:
-
AI/ML development and validation for healthcare,
-
real-world clinical data integration and interoperability,
-
explainable and trustworthy AI aligned with regulatory and ethical requirements,
-
clinical evaluation, pilots, and real-world evidence generation,
-
translation of research outcomes into scalable, impact-driven digital solutions.
We are open to different roles within a consortium, including technology provider, innovation work-package lead, clinical AI partner, or exploitation and scale-up contributor, depending on project needs.
If you are building a Horizon Europe proposal focused on innovative, responsible, and scalable digital health interventions, we would welcome the opportunity to explore collaboration.
