About
As a forensic physician from Tunisia, I bring expertise in medico-legal investigation of deaths and injuries, particularly in contexts involving environmental, occupational and societal vulnerability. My contribution would focus on:
· Analysis of climate-related mortality and injury patterns using forensic autopsy data (heat-related deaths, accidental injuries, drownings, occupational fatalities).
· Identification of causal and contributing factors linking climatic stressors to acute and chronic health outcomes, including interactions with pre-existing NCDs.
· Support for the development of standardised indicators and methodologies for recording and interpreting climate-related deaths and injuries.
