About
Blue Synergy is specialized in providing the following services:
Social Impact Assessments: Social impact categories such as (i) community structure, institutions, and infrastructure, (ii) employment opportunities, (iii) demographics effects, and (iv) alterations in behaviour of the different groups in society, among others, are addressed.
Social life cycle assessments (S-LCA): Social impact categories to be analized include: Jobs creation, health and safety, working conditions, etc. Relevant stakeholder groups like (i) workers, (ii) consumers, (iii) local communities, (iv) society, and (v) value chain actors are considered.
Social acceptance & perception analyses: Methodologies such as Focus Groups Interviews, In-depth Interviews, Q-Sorts, Scenario Analysis, CO-creative workshops can be implemented, in order to involve the relevant stakeholders from the early stages of the design. Based on these results, a strategy to improve Stakeholders’ acceptance and to engage a relevant number of stakeholders in the implementation of the technologies are realized.
Socio-economic repercussions study: Socio-economic KPIs that are quantified and interpreted include: 1. Demographic and social values impacts: social acceptance, public perception; 2. Economic impacts: income, employment; impacts on business, etc. This study helps to understand the project impact on society and to quantify the Social Return on Investment (SROI), which measures the social value of implementing the proposed solutions.
Stakeholders Engagement: The stakeholders are engaged at various stages of the project to provide feedback on the project outputs. Specialized social innovation & engagement strategies are designed to efficiently reach the target audiences and maximize the stakeholders´ involvement. Based on their feedback, the business models, exploitation plans and dissemination & communication actions are adjusted.
