Computer Vision for Stem Cells, Tissues, and Molecular Imaging

AI / Computer Vision Engineering at Emoda

About

We are developing advanced computer vision and AI platforms for two cutting-edge biomedical applications.

NanoLoom (EuroStar 2025) accelerates drug development by enabling researchers to visualize how drugs interact with DNA and proteins at the molecular level. The platform uses computer vision algorithms to track protein appearance and movement trajectories, with an AI assistant that interprets data and predicts drug binding affinity.

AI-QC Screen™ predict which stem cell batches will succeed before costly testing, and analyzes screening data from stem cell-derived pancreatic microtissues to identify promising diabetes drug candidates.
