Expertise in Human-Relevant NAMs and Advanced Safety Assessment:

Postdoc researcher at University of Burgos

Burgos, Spain

About

  • We offer strong expertise in advanced in vitro toxicology and NAMs-oriented method development, with validated 2D and 3D cellular models tailored to study sublethal, long-term exposures and mechanistic pathways relevant to human health. Our group has extensive experience implementing OECD-aligned testing strategies and developing reliable assays for chemical and material safety assessment. We complement these experimental capabilities with in silico tools for data analysis, AI-supported interpretation of transcriptomic responses, and integration of exposure and hazard information under FAIR principles. We actively contribute to European initiatives on Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) and provides scientific recommendations, positioning us at the interface between research and regulatory translation. Through this combined experimental–computational expertise and regulatory engagement, we can significantly contribute to the development, optimisation and validation of scalable human-relevant NAMs platforms within this topic.
