About
Mential provides a production-ready Digital Twin platform for behavioural health monitoring and AI-driven micro-interventions, already validated across 50,000+ patients including adolescents and young adults. The platform converts multimodal behavioural data into 1,300+ FHIR-structured clinical markers, enabling early identification of mental health risk and personalised preventive interventions.
What Mential contributes to a STAYHLTH-02 consortium:
-
Evidence-based digital behavioural interventions: CBT-grounded, AI-personalised micro-interventions with 92% programme completion and documented 45% reduction in PHQ-9 scores.
-
- Continuous behavioural monitoring: longitudinal data beyond episodic surveys, capturing emotional and behavioural changes in real-world conditions.
-
- Scalable prevention at population level: 20x clinical capacity without proportional cost increase, suitable for school, employer and community settings.
-
- NCD-mental health link: documented data on anxiety, depression and stress as primary drivers of NCD risk in young populations, including burnout and substance use prevention.
-
- FHIR-native interoperability: seamless integration with public health systems and EHRs, EHDS 2027 compliant.
Mential's specialisation in women's mental health (maternal, menopause, burnout) also enables sex-disaggregated data generation relevant to gender-sensitive NCD prevention research.
We are seeking a consortium coordinator or lead academic/public health partner for a HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-STAYHLTH-02 proposal. Mential acts as the validated digital health technology partner providing the behavioural intervention platform and real-world evidence infrastructure.
