I am Co-Owner and Chief Innovation Officer at Datacor, a Romanian technology integrator with over 20 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure and energy projects. Datacor operates across several business areas, including smart infrastructure, renewable energy, connectivity and smart building solutions, combining strong engineering capabilities with the integration of advanced technologies.

I have a technical background and graduated from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN), with a specialization in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications. Before moving into my current role, I was responsible for Marketing at Datacor, an experience that helped me develop a strong understanding of how technology, customer needs and market opportunities can be brought together.

Today, as Chief Innovation Officer, I focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and bringing new technologies and solutions into our portfolio. My current areas of interest include energy storage and energy management, smart buildings and automation, digital and critical infrastructure, and energy communities.

I am particularly interested in exploring technologies and business models that enable local energy communities to integrate renewable generation, energy storage, smart energy management and energy sharing. I am also looking to connect with technology providers, innovative companies and potential partners from Norway and across Europe to develop scalable solutions and joint projects for the Romanian and Central and Eastern European markets.
