In 1981, Aspilsan Energy Inc. is founded in the city of Kayseri within the context of producing wireless radio batteries, and over the years, the firm has completed several development stages till today, as it is producing various types of batteries for many other areas of utilizations. In 2018, Aspilsan Energy has decided to establish an R&D center in the city of İstanbul, where hydrogen and fuel cell based products are being developed by a small core group of researchers from different disciplines who have experience on fuel cell technologies, and are trying to constitue products using their experience and expertise. We are currently working on a PEM electrolyzer development project, in which a 5 lpm electrolyzer is the final modular objective that will bring us forward to higher levels of hydrogen production rates. We are also working on development of PEM and DMFC fuel cell stacks, which are designed to be used on the purpose of supporting clean energy storage systems.
