z.truded flowplates in Graphite composite at reduced cost for heatexchangers, Fuel cells, Electrolyzer, RFB enabling EU raw materials act and higher performance
About
Reliefed has proven that with the globally patented z.trusion technology, graphite-composite flowplates can be produced at a much lower cost at ~10x speed, using~5% of the energy (compared with compression molding).
Reliefed is about to deploy the technology for mass-production in a pilot plant and is looking for companies interested in being the first customers of mass produces z.truded graphite composite (bipolar)flowplates for: heat exchangers, Fuel cells, RFB. Production capacity anticipated/shift/year ~million plates (as result of .
We need off-take agreements in the project, so we know that partners/customers are commited, -we aim for mass-production/z.trusion of graphite composite flow plates in million-scale delivery capacity and the investments associated are significant and depend on size/geometry and application.
The project enables for customers to reduce dependancy of imported Titanium and rare-earth metals in energy applicationas, something that aligns with several of EU goals.
Reliefed is also interested in different partners for scanning/meassuring and storing geometry ( high speed/accuracy: every single plate must have geometry scanned in less than 10 seconds on both sides within fraction of mm), for production and quality assurance.
Even though Reliefed have co-operation in material ( graphite composite) of high quality, we are interested in any and all potential new quality (volume)material suppliers that can deliver high % weight graphite with high electric and/or thermal conductivity (depending on application) only high quality materials ( high % Graphite % in general) is acceptable that meet processability and application demands. As building infra-structure in supply-lines for mass-deployment is important part of project.
