Response times vary according to location; teams can typically reach sites within 24 hours throughout Türkiye and as soon as possible for international requests.

At the customer’s site, the service team performs the necessary tests and offers a preliminary assessment. When feasible, repairs are carried out directly on-site. If the problem cannot be addressed in the field, and upon customer approval, the unit is transported to the factory for further action. Work performed under warranty is prioritized to ensure fast completion.
