Zero-CO2, hydrogen powertrain integration
About
The innovative, electrically powered, 8-seat amphibious capable Cormorant aircraft is a platform in which ‘sustainable’ components are to be combined to yield a hybrid battery/(green) hydrogen-fuelled powertrain. Hydrogen may be combusted in a turbogenerator or consumed in a fuel cell; we are currently evaluating each alternative and are keen to partner with developers.
We can provide:
-
Collaborative access to our Cormorant aircraft platform to technology developers for mutual benefit;
-
Consultancy advice to appropriate technology developers seeking input from an aircraft development organisation with respect to design, operating/performance requirements, certification practicality, and commercial opportunity.
