About

Fundación Cibervoluntarios has been a pioneer in technological volunteering since 2001. Our main objective is to foster social innovation and digital empowerment through citizen participation and the social use of ICT. To achieve this, we work with a network of more than 4,000 cybervolunteers and collaborate with over 5,000 national and international organizations.

Our work is primarily based on a collaborative methodology and a human-centered approach. As experts in user-centered approaches (UCA), we pilot and test solutions through ICT and social living labs, as well as focus groups. We conduct social research, UX/UI design, and communication strategies. Our research team applies anthropology to the development of innovative technological solutions. We also deliver ICT training at various levels and run interactive digital activities and labs, reaching over 100,000 people annually.

Our trajectory was recognized by the Financial Times in 2018, naming us one of the 100 entities leading digital transformation in Europe.
