SIQ Ljubljana is a professional, independent, impartial and non-profit institution providing complete solutions in the fields of product testing and certification, management systems assessment, metrology, and training. For more than 60 years we have cooperated with organizations in their endeavours to enter markets, increase productivity, improve quality and reach excellence. SIQ has a team of approximately 180 employees and can access a pool of over 250 external contractual auditors, lecturers, and experts. Our key competitive advantage is the knowledge and experiences of our experts, international recognition and credibility, flexibility, complete solutions, ever new services and ability to adapt to the market. We are internationally active, working with partners in more than 60 countries and participating in key international recognition schemes. As a full member of organizations such as IECEE, IECEx, ETICS and IQNET, and through our accreditation by Slovenian Accreditation, we ensure the global acceptance of our certificates and reports. In total, we have issued more than 4,000 management system certificates and more than 14,000 IECEE CB certificates. SIQ Ljubljana is a Notified Body (NB 1304), designated and approved by the European Commission, under several EU directives and regulations, including the MDR, ATEX, RED, EMC, and others, and plays an important role in supporting manufacturers with CE marking and compliance with EU legislation. We are also a designated verification body for environmental statements under the EMAS scheme and have established subsidiaries and laboratories in several countries, contributing to a broad international presence.
