Jana Pezlar Selecká

I lead innovation projects at MATSUKO, a deep-tech company developing real-time holographic streaming and XR collaboration solutions for education, industry, and research. My role sits between technology, strategy, and EU funding. I translate advanced XR and AI capabilities into deployable products and validated use cases.

At MATSUKO, I manage and co-author European R&D projects under Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, Interreg, and related programmes. I focus on project structuring, work packages, impact logic, validation pilots, and stakeholder coordination across international consortia. A key part of my work is aligning MATSUKO’s holographic technology with real user needs, from immersive education and vocational training to remote collaboration and industrial learning.

Alongside project leadership, I contribute legal and regulatory expertise, with a strong focus on AI, digital regulation, and technology liability in business contexts. This allows MATSUKO to scale innovation responsibly while staying compliant with evolving EU frameworks such as the AI Act and data protection rules.

My work supports MATSUKO’s mission to make spatial presence and holographic interaction practical, scalable, and impactful in real-world environments, not just demos.
