Graduated University of Economics in Poznan. In 2002 received MBA degree in European Management at ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Berlin. Project and science manager in the Poznań Institute of Technology. Since 2003 involved in international projects financed by the European Commission (INTERREG, European Research Area Framework Programmes, PHARE).

Experienced and goal-driven manager with a track record of organizing solutions and project teams that deliver significant economic benefits back to the organization. Effective and creative project leader skilled in developing team relationships internally and with external partners. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking along with planning, coordinating and delegating responsibilities. The main scope of activities is related to the commercialization of innovative solutions as well as initialization and management of projects for the public and private sectors (in the field of logistics and ICT).

On the 12th of June 2011 received PhD degree in economics at the University of Economics in Poznan (Department of International Competitiveness). In year 2012 participated in TOP 500 Innovators Programme in Science management and commercialization at Stanford University (Stanford Center for Professional Development). During my stay at Stanford and after coming back to Poland acquired broad knowledge about innovation management, technology and science transfer, design thinking, creativity-supporting techniques and the process of fostering innovation development in organizations.
