Founded in 2008, Panates Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (currently operating asAbisena Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş.) has been active in the field of software and information technologies, with a particular focus on healthcare informatics and AI-powered software solutions. As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company established Panates Technology Investment Inc. by partially demerging in December 2024. The Ministry of Industry and Technology approved the transfer of the R&D Center to the new organization as of February 5, 2025. Operating with the same shareholder structure, Panates Technology Investment Inc. was structured to manage R&D and software development processes more efficiently.
