Innovate UK is part of UK Research and Innovation, a non-departmental public body funded by a grant-in-aid from the UK government. An "arms-length" government agency, supporting business led collaborative R&D. We also host many of the UK's Horizon Europe National Contact Points. We’re an organisation of over 500 staff, drawn mainly from business. With a strong business focus, we drive growth by working with companies to de-risk, enable and support innovation.
