About
Proposed Activities and Capabilities of Technology Provider
Core Capabilities – Included in All Proposals
UNIVERSAL provide digital twin platforms, such as FlexMap, that support infrastructure resilience through real-time monitoring, event-based alerting, and AI-assisted decision-making. These core functions enhance human oversight and operational agility in the face of disruptions.
Priority-Based Proposal Highlights
-
Behavior-Aware Simulation & Training Environments for Critical Infrastructure Operators
Development of immersive training tools that simulate crisis events (e.g., critical infrastructure failures) to improve human decision-making under stress. Simulations are tailored to operator profiles and incorporate feedback loops for resilience-building.
(Priority 1) -
AI-Supported Incident Detection with Human-Centered Decision Loops
Integration of anomaly detection systems in infrastructure networks (e.g., pipelines, utilities) using IoT sensors and machine learning. Automated alerts are dispatched instantly to responsible personnel, while decision dashboards assist operators in taking timely action.
(Priority 2) -
Digital Twin-Based Monitoring of Hydrogen Infrastructure (FlexMap Platform)
**Technology Provider'**s FlexMap solution enables continuous, real-time supervision of hydrogen infrastructure — including pipelines, storage, distribution, and mobile systems. The platform provides:-
For H₂ Technology Developers: Sensor integration, material stress monitoring, and smart alert frameworks.
-
For H₂ Infrastructure Operators: Scalable dashboards for hybrid grid management, fault detection, and emergency routing.
-
For Planners & Builders: Scenario-based modeling for network design, maintenance prioritization, and resilience simulation.
This modular solution strengthens the human role across all infrastructure life-cycle phases — from design to operation.
