The concept of this project is to group together words and their wordforms, with identical meaning, from all languages and to assign them a code, representing this meaning. A software program, built upon this method, disambiguates the word(forms) in context, before assigning to them a code. When we process text(s) with this software program, as output, it produces sequences of coded, truthful statements, which can be used in all spheres of Natural Language text Processing (NLP) for Natural Language Understanding (NLU).

Two software programs, German and English, were developed with the aim to achieve Natural Language Understanding (NLU) valid for all languages in the world. Each software program has 92 files (.cpp, .h, .inl, .dic, .dig .pre) and approximately 1.5 million programming lines needed to perform the task described in this project. In order to do that we have given the same code for the same meaning, independent of language.

The Natural Language Understanding project is ready to put on microchip to act as CPU for all language processing tasks in all languages, off-line, for confidential information, online as a paid service. I have outlined it at:
