Prof. Dr. Anna Lupina-Wegener, herself Polish and having lived in both the French- and German-speaking parts of Switzerland, is the Head of the Centre for Cross-Cultural Management at ZHAW. Through her research—and her own life journey—she brings deep insights into the cultural differences between Central & Eastern Europe and Switzerland, and what international business leaders should pay attention to when working with Swiss partners.
