"Sanitary Engineering, Water and Watewater Lab" Polytechnic school, Democritus University of Thrace

The lab is an interdepartmental unit (Departments of Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering) aiming at the research and educational needs of both departments in the domains of Water & Wastewater quality, Monitoring of aquatic ecosystems (traditional monitoring practices, remote sensing, biomonitoring), Microbiological quality (including eDNA sequencing), technological solutions (engineering and ecosystem/nature based solutions). It is hosted in the University Campus of Kimmeria, School of Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece
