Green Worms is a UNESCO-recognized, multiple prestigious award winning social business that has been creating dual impact by managing the ever increasing waste management challenge in the Global South (India as a starting point) and by virtue of that creating impact jobs for the socio-economically deprived sections of our society.

We achieve these challenging goals with the help of our strong & growing community of "Wastepreneurs", as well as with an evolving waste handling infrastructure- to turn post consumer plastic, textile & footwear waste into high quality & certified recyclate - ready for integration into the materials loop- towards a sustainable circular economy in the manufacturing industry. We have already managed to create strategic projects with key clients such as NIVEA (Beiersdorf), BASF, IKEA & more.

We offer high quality recyclates to our manufacturing clients, as well as globally certified impact investing instruments called Plastic Credits, Textile Credits & Footwear Credits to help companies offset their materials waste streams from oceans & landfills. We also engage with our B2B clients on EPR (extended producer responsibility), CSRD & ESG goals.

With Horizon Europe, we are looking to create or be part of a Consortium of B2B Partners to help us scale our operations in Europe towards creating strategic partnerships in the European industrial ecosystem, while on the other hand we will help bring stronger & innovative circular economy structures & more global impact possibilities to Europe, based on our many years of expertise in this domain.
