Sports Embassy

Sports Embassy is a European organisation specialising in skills development, innovative governance and capacity-building for the green and digital transitions. As a member of the EU Pact for Skills, we design competence frameworks, training programmes and behavioural change methodologies that support organisations in integrating sustainability, resilience and inclusive governance into their operations.

We use sport as a strategic framework to accelerate learning, organisational transformation and stakeholder engagement, applying high-performance principles to develop green skills and strengthen ESG alignment. Our work spans capacity-building, leadership development, social innovation and the creation of scalable training models for large organisations, public institutions and multi-stakeholder ecosystems.

Sports Embassy has experience in European consortia (Erasmus+ Sport, skills alliances, policy-oriented initiatives) and contributes expertise in training design, knowledge transfer, governance innovation and community engagement. We collaborate with partners committed to advancing sustainable, nature-positive and socially inclusive transitions.
