Prios Kompetanse AS

Prios Kompetanse AS is a Norwegian provider of learning, innovation, and advisory services, operating at the intersection of education, technology, and sustainable business development. We serve as both a national study center (certified adult education center) and an international project partner, with a growing footprint in European collaboration under Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EEA and other frameworks.

Our core concept is "Learning as a Service", a modular and flexible approach that combines digital learning, real-time advisory services, microlearning, and skills matchmaking into one scalable solution tailored for SMEs, public organizations, and regional innovation ecosystems.

Prios is a formal partner in Oceanopolis, the Norwegian European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) for ocean industries and sustainability, where we contribute to the upskilling and transformation of Norwegian businesses through AI, green tech, and digitalization. In parallel, we deliver accredited education and lifelong learning opportunities through our study center, reaching learners across sectors and regions.
