Microtarians is a social, community-based business dedicated to creating a more sustainable, healthier and participative food system through hands-on training, fermentation expertise, and scientifically informed practices.
By translating current research on nutrition and microbiome-friendly techniques into accessible workshops and learning programs, we empower the stakeholders of the food chain to more responsible innovation and food processing techniques. Through public sensitisation and outreach initiatives we foster awareness around sustainable food systems, helping communities better understand the impact of their daily food habits and inspiring positive, lasting change.
