Grupo DEX is a consultancy based in Asturias (northwest Spain), specialised in international relations, strategic development, and European research and innovation projects. With over 20 years of experience, DEX has successfully supported more than 100 EU-funded projects, including Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, Interreg Atlantic Area, and Interreg SUDOE. Our team has strong expertise in strategic planning, sector analysis, and the evaluation of public programmes and EU-funded initiatives.

We offer consultancy services to both public and private organisations, assisting them in the preparation of proposals and the management of funded projects. In addition to our advisory role, we actively participate as partners in European consortia, leading tasks related to communication, dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and exploitation.

Our client portfolio includes research centres, technology institutes, companies, and public bodies across Spain, France, and Portugal. Among them are NEIKER (Basque Institute for Agricultural Research and Development), Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, Centro Tecnológico de la Carne, University of Salamanca, and the Zero Emissions Agri-food Consortium, which brings together key actors from the agri-food sector in Asturias. These organisations work in fields such as agri-food innovation, biotechnology, rural development, and climate resilience.
