EU Delegation Armenia Lot 3 — Youth & Women-led Local Sustainable Development - Green AgriEconomy Incubator for Women & Youth

Project Lead at Homeland Development Initiative Foundation (HDIF)

Yerevan, Armenia

About

HDIF (Homeland Development Initiative Foundation) is developing a concept note for the EU Delegation Armenia's 2026 call for proposals — Lot 3: Youth- and Women-led Local Sustainable Development (EuropeAid/186051/DD/ACT/AM, €2M, deadline April 20, 2026). HDIF proposes a green agri-economy incubation program targeting women and youth entrepreneurs across at least four Armenian marzes, anchored by its Arm.wool processing facility in Shirak as a circular economy demonstration hub. We are actively seeking two Armenian-based co-applicants: one registered youth organization and one registered women's organization, both with regional reach and established beneficiary networks. HDIF brings program architecture, incubation methodology, FSTP management capacity, rural enterprise development experience, and EU grant management track record. Interested organizations should have demonstrable field presence outside Yerevan and statutory objectives explicitly aligned with youth empowerment or women's rights.
