As a regional environmental innovation cluster with strong territorial anchorage in Southern France, we represent a network of ecological solution providers active in circular economy, bio-based solutions, water management, biodiversity and sustainable resource use. 

Beyond governance support and stakeholder engagement, our core mission is to foster the economic development and upskilling of SMEs by facilitating their integration into regional, national and European bioeconomy strategies. 

Within CIRCBIO-06, we can contribute to: 

• regional bioeconomy ecosystem mapping, 

• mobilization of economic actors and bio-based value chains, 

• organization of multi-level policy dialogues, 

• capacity building activities for SMEs and public stakeholders, 

• dissemination and capitalization of good practices, 

• alignment of regional strategies with EU sustainability and industrial objectives.

Through our structured ecosystem, we act as an interface between SMEs, public authorities, and research organizations, ensuring that bioeconomy policies translate into concrete economic opportunities and scalable ecological solutions on the territory. 

We are looking for ministries, regional authorities, public agencies, research organizations, and policy-oriented networks willing to co-develop a coherent and impact-driven proposal.
