I specialize in sustainable aquaculture and fish feed development, with expertise in ingredient and additive evaluation, holistic assessment across the production cycle, and studying long-term nutriepigenomic effects of dietary interventions on performance, metabolism, and welfare. Focused reserach on microbiota host interactions and developmental and helath benefits of fish microbiota. At ICMAN-CSIC, we have access to open and RAS systems for Mediterranean fish species, enabling applied research and innovative feed testing. Over the years, we have developed a wide array of biochemical, molecular, and behavioral tools to evaluate the impact of nutritional innovations. I am seeking collaborations with research institutions, industry partners, and innovators to develop novel feed solutions and promote environmentally responsible aquaculture practices.
