About
Moreforsking has capacity to contribute to different aspects of proposals under the research themes of "Fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food systems from primary production to consumption", related to studies of marine raw materials, by-products & side streams and alternative protein sources.
MF's researchers are currently working on two ongoing HEU projects (LIKE A PRO, CIRCALGAE) and has extended expertise on bioavailability and bioactivity studies, toxicity, as well as social sciences research (e.g. as Living Lab), sensory characterization studies and food and feed development.
