As Doğuş Teknoloji, we can develop predictive AI models to enhance water infrastructure resilience and operational efficiency. It will require collaboration with domain experts for technical guidance (e.g., which operational data to collect and how) and business input (e.g., user interface design, relevant KPIs).

The model will leverage data from multiple sources, including:

• Historical maintenance records

• Pressure and flow sensor data

• Water quality monitoring sensors

• SCADA systems and IoT devices

• External climate and hydrological datasets

1. Failure Prediction Models

   • Develop machine learning-based classification models to predict pipeline failures.

   • Utilize historical maintenance, pressure, and flow data to estimate failure probabilities.

   • Enable proactive maintenance planning to reduce service interruptions and costs.

2. Anomaly Detection

   • Deploy AI algorithms to identify anomalies in water quality (e.g., contamination levels) and pressure.

   • Use real-time sensor data for early detection of pollution or infrastructure stress.

   • Enhance resilience against unexpected operational conditions and environmental risks.
