AI-enabled meteorological data management for climate-resilient agriculture and water management

We are seeking partners for a Horizon Europe Cluster 6 proposal focused on advanced management and use of meteorological and climate data for agriculture and water management. The project concept aims to integrate in-situ sensors, weather stations, Earth observation and climate projections into interoperable data platforms and data spaces. AI-based analytics and decision support tools will enable improved irrigation planning, drought and flood risk management, and climate adaptation strategies at farm and regional levels. We welcome collaboration with research organisations, water authorities, advisory services, technology providers and SMEs to co-develop scalable, policy-aligned solutions supporting sustainable water use and climate-resilient agri-food systems.
