Building citizen science tools to unleash citizen action
research professor at Social Science Research Centre, Riga Stradins University

About
We are working to test new methods that enable people with limited research experience to engage with local communities and monitor prevailing sentiments. We have also been developing tools that draw on online data to analyse nature-related attitudes. Building on this experience, we are proposing to develop tools for local communities that would help them identify potential levers for promoting nature protection and restoration.
