Partner for HORIZON-CL6-2026-02-CLIMATE-01 – Policy performance for climate-smart agriculture and forestry (non-coordinator)

Prometeia offers policy-evaluation, econometric and climate–economy modelling capabilities to assess how agriculture and forestry policies perform on mitigation, adaptation and fairness. We seek to join a CLIMATE-01 consortium as the quantitative policy-performance partner, not as coordinator.

Description – We offer

·         Design of evaluation frameworks combining microdata (farms, forests, regions) and macro/sectoral models for policy-performance analysis.

·         Econometric assessment of existing and past policies (e.g. CAP measures, carbon farming schemes, forestry incentives).

·         Scenario analysis of alternative policy mixes and their effects on emissions, productivity, income stability and resilience.

·         Development of indicators and dashboards that allow policy makers to track progress and compare options.

Description – We are looking for

·         A coordinator with strong expertise in agricultural and forestry policy and science (e.g. university, research institute, ministry or agency).

·         Partners providing detailed agronomic and forestry models, as well as high-quality microdata at farm and regional level.

·         Stakeholder organizations (farmers’ associations, cooperatives, advisory services) contributing practical insights and case studies.

Preferred role

Prometeia would lead or co-lead the quantitative policy-performance and scenario work, supporting but not coordinating the project as a whole.
