HORIZON-CL6-2026-01-BIODIV-02: Proteomics and Metaproteomics for Assessing Groundwater Ecosystems, Functions and Sensitivity
Professor at Linköping University
Linköping, Sweden
About
PARTNER OFFER:
We offer advanced proteomics, metaproteomics and proteogenomics tools to characterise groundwater biodiversity, functional pathways and pollutant sensitivity.
Our methods provide functional evidence beyond DNA sequencing, identifying active taxa, metabolic functions, stress responses and resilience markers.
We can help develop innovative assessment methods, harmonised ecotoxicity protocols, and functional biological quality elements for future groundwater ecological status.
Our workflows are FAIR-by-design and compatible with PRIDE, LifeWatch ERIC and EOSC.
We seek consortia working on groundwater ecosystems, sensors, hydrochemistry, ecotoxicology and modelling.
