Travel grants for participants from Widening Countries
CARE4BIO awards 5 travel grants per brokerage event to promising participants from Widening Countries. Travel costs for selected grantees are subsidised up to a maximum of EUR 1,000. Please note that only applications from persons working at an institution or organisation in a Widening Country are eligible. A list of eligible countries can be found below. Potential coordinators are particularly encouraged to apply.
By the time the selection process begins, your profile must be validated. Please check your spam folder if you have registered, but neither heard from us nor been validated.
Applicants for a travel grant must meet specific eligibility criteria. The detailed guidelines and the application form can be found below. To qualify, applicants must also submit a flash presentation. While your submission of a flash presentation and willingness to present it onsite is an eligibilty criterium, you are not automatically guaranteed a presentation spot. Applications for a travel grant, including the corresponding flash presentation, must be submitted by 7 December 2025.
Please note that while you may also apply for a travel grant from NCP_WIDERA.NET, only one travel grant can be awarded per participant for this event.
