About

ClimaFarm AI is a Polish R&D-driven initiative developing a smart farming platform that combines solar-powered IoT microclimate sensors with AI-based prediction models to support agri-decision making. The solution provides real-time, field-level environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, rainfall, solar radiation) and delivers localized, actionable recommendations to optimize key operations such as sowing, spraying, irrigation, and harvesting.

Designed with affordability and scalability in mind, ClimaFarm AI aims to support small and medium-sized farms in adapting to climate variability and improving crop productivity through data-driven precision farming. The platform includes an offline-capable mobile/web app and AI algorithms trained on sensor data, satellite inputs, and weather APIs to generate hyper-local forecasts and climate alerts (e.g. frost, drought, heatwaves).

Our key areas of expertise include embedded hardware development, edge AI integration, environmental sensing, and agro-intelligence modelling. We are actively looking to join Horizon Europe consortia focused on digital transformation in agriculture, foundation models, low-power AI, or environmental data ecosystems. Our technology is field-tested and ready for piloting in multi-regional use cases across Europe.
