The FoodHub Center of Excellence at the University of Donja Gorica (UDG) focuses on advancing education, research, and innovation in food sciences, food technology, nutrition, and sustainable development. It brings together academic, research, and industry stakeholders to strengthen food systems and promote healthier, safer, and more sustainable food practices. Through interdisciplinary programs, professional training, international collaboration, and support for young entrepreneurs, FoodHub aims to drive positive change in the food sector in Montenegro and beyond.
