About

Innoquest OÜ is a newly established, research-oriented private enterprise based in Estonia, founded by a team of seasoned experts in artificial intelligence, data science, educational technology, and European-funded project design. While the company itself is young, it draws upon the decades-long experience and international project involvement of its founders and senior staff to offer high-value contributions to modern education systems.

The organization’s mission is to support inclusive, accessible, and high-impact learning by leveraging smart technologies and evidence-based pedagogical approaches. Innoquest’s activities align closely with key European funding programmes such as Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (KA2) and Horizon Europe, especially in areas promoting digital transformation and innovation in learning.

The expertise of the founding team—built through leadership roles in over 40 major EU and international research initiatives—positions Innoquest to actively contribute to cooperation partnerships, innovation development, and knowledge exchange under the Erasmus+ KA2 framework. Furthermore, the team’s strong background in EdTech R&D ensures relevance to Horizon Europe topics focused on digital education, AI integration, and the development of scalable tools for personalized learning.

The interdisciplinary nature of the team includes competencies in instructional design, machine learning, digital policy, and EU project management. This allows Innoquest to act as an effective technical or conceptual partner in complex, cross-border educational collaborations, despite its recent establishment as a legal entity. Through these engagements, the organization aims to contribute to a more intelligent, resilient, and equitable European learning ecosystem.

In addition, Innoquest OÜ benefits from an extensive and well-established network of collaborations that spans across Europe, encompassing academic institutions, local and regional public authorities, and a broad range of social partners. These partnerships have been cultivated through the long-standing professional relationships of the company’s founding team, who have co-developed and implemented numerous EU-funded initiatives with universities, municipalities, NGOs, and civil society actors. This network not only strengthens the company’s capacity to mobilize stakeholders and coordinate large-scale educational innovation projects, but also ensures that its solutions are locally relevant, socially inclusive, and adaptable to diverse educational and policy contexts across Europe.
