About
Gazda Kontroll (GK) is a Hungarian agricultural consultancy and innovation management company supporting more than 300 farms nationwide in adopting sustainable, profitable and climate-resilient production systems. Combining deep administrative expertise with practice-oriented farm-level knowledge, GK operates at the intersection of advisory services, digital solutions and farmer-driven innovation.
Our team provides comprehensive advisory and project support — from CAP administration and compliance to farm optimisation, nutrient management planning and project coordination — enabling farmers to focus on what matters most: sustainable and competitive production.
Through long-term cooperation with open-minded, innovative farms across Hungary, GK offers access to parcel-, farm- and region-level environmental, agronomic and economic data, as well as a robust network of demonstration sites for piloting new technologies and approaches.
GK brings more than a decade of experience in national and EU-funded innovation projects, including EIP-Agri Operational Groups, Horizon Europe actions and Erasmus+ projects. We have contributed to initiatives such as RAMONES, I2Connect, AGRITECH, AEDIH, Climate Smart Advisors, and several legume-focused OG projects.
Our added value lies in multi-actor engagement, farmer mobilisation, knowledge brokerage, communication and practice-oriented dissemination.
A unique strength of GK is our close partnership (vice presidency) with the Hungarian Soybean and Protein Crop Association (MSZFE). This collaboration provides access to a large national network of protein crop producers, processors and researchers, and enables the organisation of 5–6 large on-farm demonstrations annually, along with roadshows, workshops and technical trainings. This makes GK a valuable partner for projects targeting protein crops, soil health, sustainable rotations, farmer training or advisory system innovation.
Across all our activities, we combine research-based insights, farmer experience and digital tools to co-create solutions tailored to Hungarian conditions and scalable across diverse agro-climatic regions. Under Horizon Europe, GK contributes to consortia seeking strong practice-based implementation capacity, effective stakeholder engagement and impactful dissemination tailored to farming communities.
